Tri-Cities, WA Real Estate Actives, Solds & Under Contracts for April ‘07

Sorry I’m late with this info. I was so concerned about the whole West Richland water woes (say THAT three times fast!) thing that I didn’t get the stats out.

Highlights…active listings up over any one of the previous three months and over April of last year. Solds are on track to come in close to 2004 levels. Of course, summer activity is generally high, so we might come from behind and September will find us at ’06 levels or higher.
