All the details you’d notice if you were standing there yourself. If something’s off, I’ll tell you. If a house is a great fit, I’ll show you why without overselling it.

Relocating for work also means you’re working on a timeline that doesn’t care if you’re ready or not. I get that. So I build search criteria that cut out the noise, handle inspections and negotiations while you’re still packing, check on contractor work for you, and coordinate everything so that when you land, you can just move in. You won’t be wondering what’s happening or waiting around for updates. I keep communication tight, even across time zones.
