Three Homes Just Went Under Contract!

There’s a thing in the real estate industry where agents will tell you that it always seems like everything gets busy as soon as you go on vacation or out of town. That was certainly the case this past weekend — two of my clients accepted strong offers on their homes while Matt and I were in Spokane for the weekend, and a third client accepted an offer on Monday!

After a lot of long-distance negotiating, the homes now under contract are:

I’m very happy for my sellers, and grateful that they trusted me to list their homes and negotiate the sale. Now we’ll guide each client and transaction through to closing.
