Three Generations: A Sale for My Record Books 💛🖤💛

We just closed a sale that goes right into the Cari McGee Team record books. 😊

In 2012, I helped a woman buy a home. Let’s call her Daisy. In the intervening years, I’ve helped her sell that home and buy another. Then she sold that home and bought another!

I’ve also helped two of her daughters buy and sell homes. The daughters have referred me to others and I helped them buy and sell homes, as well.

This week, Daisy’s grandson bought his first house, and I was the agent he hired to help him do that!

I’ve helped two generations in the same family buy and sell before, but this is the first time I’ve helped THREE generations in the same family with their real estate needs! This is such an honor! 🥰

Bonus: Their adorable baby girl, who is learning her colors, kept saying “yellow” while mom and dad signed papers this week!!! I think it’s a sign that she’s going to use me in 2042 or thereabouts when she buys HER first home! 💛
