Kiplinger’s Gives Tri-Cities a Big Thumbs Up

I can’t link to it, or access it because I think you have to subscribe to Kiplinger’s to obtain the info in writing, BUT-

I understand Kiplinger’s has forecast the Kennewick, Pasco and Richland area’s median home prices to increase by 1.8% this year.

Woo-hoo!  Excellent!

I’ve quoted Aesop a thousand times, but it bears repeating –

“Slow and steady wins the race…”
