Cari McGee named Most Trusted Tri-Cities Real Estate Agent

What a wonderful way to wrap up 2025!

The Cari McGee Real Estate Team has been honored by BUILD magazine as the Most Trusted Real Estate Agents in the Tri-Cities for 2025.

This honor is part of the magazine’s 11th annual Real Estate & Property Awards, which singles out “a diverse selection of companies making real estate and property easier, more dynamic, and better for a plethora of clients and customers.”

As I told the folks at BUILD, we operate on a simple principle: Nobody treats their clients better than us. In their write-up, BUILD shared the story of one of my sales earlier this year that illustrates that principle:

The personal touches inherent across the business have resulted in a wealth of memorable moments and clients over the last seven years, including a recent one, when the team helped a young couple in their mid-20s who were buying their first home. The man had gone to elementary school with Cari’s son, which was really nice for her. After they had found the right home and had their offer accepted, the couple told Cari they planned to get married in the house on move-in day.

“I knew we had to do something special for them”, Cari explained. “So, the day before this wonderful young couple moved in, totally unbeknownst to them, we hired our favorite local florist to fill their otherwise empty living room with bridal flowers so they could have that special wedding feeling as they exchanged vows in their new home! They had no idea, and it was really emotional when they first opened the front door and saw the home decorated like that!”

BUILD concluded that story by saying this:

Every real estate agent will say that they care about their clients, but it is hard to imagine any others going to such lengths to really take care of them. Unsurprisingly, the sense of trust that this creates is – as this award suggests – second to none.
