Other sources get their data from our local Realtors® Assn., which includes sales and listings in Basin City, Connell, Eltopia, Kahlotus, Mesa, Paterson, Plymouth, and Wallula. No disrespect intended, but we don’t think what’s happening in those towns has any impact on our Tri-Cities real estate market.
