In a service-oriented job like mine, referrals are key. Actually, that’s an understatement…they’re HUGE! When someone likes the job I’ve done for them in either selling or buying a home, or both, and they tell other people, I obtain more business, and get even better at my job, because every sale teaches me something critical about business, houses, and human nature.
I helped Aaron and Anya find their first home in Richland a couple years ago, and we had the best time! They have a large family, and we needed to find something with a lot of space, which we did. But we had to look for a bit, which was okay with me because I enjoyed every trip out looking with them! For first-time homebuyers, it can be scary, because there are so many things you don’t know the answers for, and so many question you don’t even know to ask!
