Tri-Cities, WA Real Estate Stats – August 2007

We’re still doing very, very well. I get at least one call a week, “Cari!? What’s happening in our market? Isn’t it a bad time to sell? Do we have too many houses on the market? What’s going on?”

Well, this is what’s cool…we are on track to outsell 2005, which was our best year ever! We have outsold every month of ’05 save one. And, our inventory is down, compared to last year, but UP compared to ’05. So, we have the inventory which might enable us to outsell, but not so much that it becomes a buyer’s market. It’s very balanced right now, favoring neither buyers or sellers.
