Tri-Cities, WA Real Estate Market, First Half of ‘07

Yes! The first half of the year’s stats are in. And, of course it’s not this easy, but if you take a look at total sales y-t-d, and double it, you wind up just four sales short of last year’s total for the year. ’06 was our second best year ever.
