Remember when I (and my colleagues at the brokerage) was accused of lying? I guess I was infringing upon the truth. The latest stats are out, and instead of 210 homes going under contract in the Tri-Cities, WA area in February, we had 249, which beats our historically best year ever (2005) by 20 under contracts.
