In real estate, clients naturally ask about the demographic makeup of a community. And, an agent cannot tell about the demographic make up of the community for lots of reasons, but the most important being that it’s against the law.
Therefore, I’m thankful for ZipSkinny. You type in the zip code that you want to know more about, and you get all kinds of demographic info AND comparisons to nearby cities/zip codes.
And no one breaks the law! Yay!
