April Stats (just a few)
Posted on May 7, 2007 by Cari McGee in Tri-Cities Market
This isn’t the big stat roll-out with the graphs and charts and accompanying PDF file. This is the Tri-City Association of Realtors stat break-down.
- In April, 21 more active listings than April ’06, but Jan-April, YOY, we’re down 3.9% in listings.
- Pending sales are down less than a percent, so we’ll call it equal, but final sales are down 7.1%, YOY Jan-April.
- The median price is up 3.8%, YOY Jan-April.
Now I can’t wait for the end of June for first half ’07 stats. Oh, well…just two more months to go!
