2007 END OF YEAR Stats for Tri-Cities, WA

In the four main cities (Richland, Pasco, Kennewick and West Richland), we had our best year in the history of Tri-Cities Real Estate. If we include the surrounding areas, we had our second best year EVER! The average sales price went up as well, so the Tri-Cities, Washington, real estate market is doing very well.
