12 Useful Tips for Homeowners (or Renters, too!)

I have to admit that when I have a fix-it problem around the house, my never-fail tip is to call the handyman.  But for those of you without a handyman’s # on your cell, or a husband like mine is awesome on a lot of levels, but home repair is not his milieu, then check this out.
